Josiah Cotton Esq was born in 1679 in Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.1 He was the son of John Cotton Jr and Joanna Rossiter. Josiah Cotton Esq married Hannah Sturtevant, daughter of John Sturtevant and Hannah Winslow, between 1715 and 1745.1 Josiah Cotton Esq died in 1756 in Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.1
