Sarah Odding was born on 5 February 1607/8.1 She was the daughter of George Odding and Margaret Lang. Sarah Odding married Philip Sherman, son of Samuel Sherman and Phillippa Ward, about 1633 in Roxbury, (now Suffolk County), Massachusetts Bay Colony.2 Sarah Odding died after July 1681 in Portsmouth, Newport County, Rhode Island.1
