Eber Sherman was born in December 1634 in Roxbury, (now Suffolk County), Massachusetts Bay Colony.1,2 He was the son of Philip Sherman and Sarah Odding.2 Eber Sherman married Sophia A. Brown between 1651 and 1683.1 Eber Sherman married Mary Wilcox, daughter of Edward Wilcox, between 1653 and 1682 in Kingstown (later North Kingstown), Washington County, Rhode Island.1 Eber Sherman died in 1706 in North Kingstown, Washingtown County, Rhode Island.1
He became the father of Elisha Sherman between 1655 and 1670.1 Eber Sherman became the father of Samuel Sherman between 1656 and 1682.1 Eber Sherman became the father of Abigail Sherman between 1656 and 1682.1 Eber Sherman became the father of Stephen Sherman between 1657 and 1707.1 Eber Sherman became the father of Eber Sherman between 1658 and 1694.1 Eber Sherman became the father of William Sherman between 1660 and 1705.1 Eber Sherman became the father of Peleg Sherman between 1665 and 1700.1 Eber Sherman was an heir in the will of Philip Sherman dated 31 July 1681.2
