King Philip III "the Bold" (of France) was born on 1 May 1245 in Poissy, France.1 He was the son of King Louis IX "St Louis" (of France) and Margaret (of Provence).1 King Philip III "the Bold" (of France) married Isabella (of Aragon), daughter of King James I "the Conqueror" and Princess Yolande, on 28 May 1262; by permission of Pope Urban IV.1 King Philip III "the Bold" (of France) married second Marie (of Brabant), daughter of TODO, after 1262.1 King Philip III "the Bold" (of France) died on 5 October 1285 in Perpignan, Toulouse, France, at age 40.1 He was buried in October 1285 in Saint Denis, Isle De France.2
