William Cromwell was born on 3 March 1800 in Orange County, New York.¹ He was the son of James Cromwell and Charlotte (?)¹ William Cromwell married Caroline Underhill, daughter of Joshua Underhill and Mary Sutton, on 9 November 1825 in New York City, New York.¹ William Cromwell died on 8 December 1871 in Monroe, New York, at age 71.¹ He was buried in Monroe, New York.¹
He had a certificate from Cornwall in 1821 to New York Monthy Meeting.¹ He became the father of Mary Cromwell in 1826.¹ William Cromwell became the father of Eliza Cromwell in 1829.¹ William Cromwell became the father of Caroline Ann Cromwell on 12 June 1833.¹ William Cromwell became the father of Alice U.
