Viborg County Denmark was the daughter of Denmark, Europe.1 Viborg County was disolved on 1 January 2007 becoming Central Denmark Region and North Denmark Region.1
Viborg County Denmark received territory from the disolving of Skivehus County in 1793.2 Viborg County Denmark received territory from the disolving of Thisted County on 1 April 1970. Viborg County provided the territory to form North Denmark Region on 1 January 2007.3 Viborg County provided the territory to form Central Denmark Region on 1 January 2007.3
