Denmark Counties 1970-2007
Copenhagen County (Copenhagen County, Denmark) was formed. She was the daughter of Island Zealand, Denmark (Sjælland) and Denmark, Europe. Copenhagen County was disolved on 1 January 2007 becoming Capitol Region.2
Copenhagen County, Denmark received territory from the disolving of Roskilde County in 1808. Copenhagen County provided the territory to form Roskilde County again in 1842 using parts. Copenhagen County provided the territory to form Capitol Region (Capitol Region of Denmark, Denmark) on 1 January 2007.2
