Evelina Bridges was born on 6 November 1801.1 She was the daughter of Kitchel Bridges and Phebe Miller.1 Evelina Bridges married Richard Wood, son of Samuel Wood and Mary U. Searing, on 12 June 1837.1 Evelina Bridges died on 23 April 1866 at age 64.1
She became the mother of Mary Caroline Braithwaite Wood on 17 August 1838.1 Evelina Bridges became the mother of Maria Laing Wood on 7 August 1841.1 Evelina's daughter Mary Caroline Braithwaite Wood died on 5 February 1842.1 Evelina Bridges became the mother of Mary Evelina Wood on 11 September 1843.1 Evelina Bridges became a widow with the death of her husband, Richard Wood on 19 January 1861 at age 60.1
