Experience Mitchell

Experience Mitchell was born about 1602.¹ He married Jane Cooke, daughter of Pilgrim Francis Cooke and Hester Mahieu, after 22 May 1627.¹ Experience Mitchell married Mary (?) about 1640 in Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.¹ Experience Mitchell died on 2 June 1685 in Bridgewater, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.¹ He is also reported to have died in 1688/89 in Bridgewater, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.²
He immigrated in August 1623 on the Ship 'Anne'.³ Experience Mitchell became the father of Elizabeth Mitchell about 1629.¹ Experience Mitchell became the father of Thomas Mitchell about 1630.¹ Experience Mitchell became the father of Mary Mitchell about 1632.¹ Experience Mitchell became the father of Sarah Mitchell about 1641.¹ Experience Mitchell became the father of Jacob Mitchell about 1643.¹ Experience Mitchell became the father of Edward Mitchell about 1645.¹ Experience's daughter was married at wedding of Elizabeth Mitchell and John Washburn on 6 December 1645 in Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.¹ Experience Mitchell became the father of John Mitchell about 1650.¹ Experience Mitchell became the father of Hannah Mitchell about 1662.¹ Experience's son Jacob Mitchell was married to Susanna Pope on 7 November 1666 in Plymouth, (now Plymouth County), New Plymouth Colony.⁴ Experience's daughter Elizabeth Mitchell died on 1 November 1681.¹ Experience's daughter was married at wedding of Hannah Mitchell and Joseph Hayward in 1682.¹
