He killed King Josiah of Judah 609 BCE in Megiddo (2Ki 23:29).3,4 Pharaoh Necho (II) (?) Defeated King Josiah of Judah, at Megiddo (cf 2 Kings 23:29-30 and 2 Chron. 35:20-24) in the batle of Carchemish, 605BC. Defeated by King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon, however in 601 defeated Nebuchadressar , on the Egyptian Boarder.2 Pharaoh Necho (II) (?) became Pharaoh of Egypt.
