Moses Maverick was baptized on 3 November 1611 in South Huish, Devon, England.2 He was the son of Rev John Maverick and Mary Gye.2 Moses Maverick married first Pilgrim Remember Allerton, daughter of Pilgrim Issac Allerton and Pilgrim Mary Noris, before 6 May 1635.3,2 Moses Maverick married second Eunice (?) on 22 October 1656 in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts Bay Colony.2 Moses Maverick died on 28 January 1685/86 in Marblehead, Essex County, Massachusetts, at age 74.4,5
