Eleanor Sinclair was born about 1457 of Ravenscraig, Fifeshire, Scotland.¹ She was the daughter of William Sinclair and Marjory Sutherland.¹ Eleanor Sinclair married John Stewart, son of James 'Black Knight Of Lorn' Stewart and Joan Beaufort, before 19 April 1475 in Dunkeld, Cathedral, Perth, Scotland.¹ Eleanor Sinclair died on 21 March 1518.¹ She was buried in Dunkeld, Cathedral, Perthshire, Scotland.¹
