Titled: King of Livonia (Magnus).
     King Magnus (of Livonia), son of King Christian III (of Denmark) and Princess Dorothea (of Saxony-Lauenburg), was born on 26 August 1540 in Copenhagen Castle, Copenhagen, Denmark.1 King Magnus (of Livonia) was the son of King Christian III (of Denmark) and Princess Dorothea (of Saxony-Lauenburg).1 King Magnus (of Livonia) died on 28 March 1583 in Pilten, Courland, Livonia, at age 42.1 He was buried in 1662 in Roskilde Domkirke, Roskilde, Roskilde Amt, Denmark.1
     He became King of Livonia. Magnus's father King Christian III (of Denmark) died on 1 January 1559 in Koldinghus, Kolding, Vejle, Denmark.1 Magnus's mother Princess Dorothea (of Saxony-Lauenburg) died on 7 October 1571 in Sønderborg Slot, Sønderborg, Sønderjylland, Denmark.1
