Countess Barbara (of Cilly) was born in 1392 of Celje, Slovenia, Yugoslavia.1 She was the daughter of Count Hermann II (of Cilli-Ortenburg) and Countess Anna (of Schaunberg).1 Countess Barbara (of Cilly) married Emperor Zikmund (of the Holy Roman Empire), son of Emperor Karel IV (Vacvel Karel) (of the Holy Roman Empire) and Princess Elisabeth (of Pomerania), in 1408.1 Countess Barbara (of Cilly) died on 11 July 1451 in Melnik, Melnik, Czechoslovakia.1
