     King Carlos III (of Spain and the Indies), son of King Philip V (of Spain) and Princess Elisabetta (of Parma), was born on 20 January 1716 in Madrid, Madrid, Spain.1 King Carlos III (of Spain and the Indies) was the son of King Philip V (of Spain) and Princess Elisabetta (of Parma).1 King Carlos III (of Spain and the Indies) married Marie Therese Empress (of the Holy Roman Empire), daughter of Emperor Karl VI (of Holy Roman Empire) and Princess Elisabeth Christine (of Brunswick Wolfenbüttel), on 19 June 1738 in Gaeta, Latina, Italy.1 King Carlos III (of Spain and the Indies) married Princess Marie Amalie (of Saxony), daughter of King August III (Friedrich) (of Poland) and Queen Marie Josefe (of Poland), on 19 June 1738 in Gaeta, Latina, Italy.1 King Carlos III (of Spain and the Indies) died on 14 December 1788 in Madrid, Madrid, Spain, at age 72.1 He was buried in El Escorial, Segovia, Spain.1
