Duke Georg Wilhelm (of Brunswick Celle) was the son of George (of Brunswick) and Princess Anna Eleonore (of Hesse-Darmstadt).1 Duke Georg Wilhelm (of Brunswick Celle) was born in 1624 in Brunswick, Germany.1 He was born on 16 January 1624 in Herzberg, Hannover, Prussia.1 He married Elbeonore Desmier D' Olbreuse, daughter of Alexandre Desmier-D'Olbreuse and Jacquette (Jacqueline) Poussard-De-Vandre, on 15 September 1665 in Celle, Hannover, Prussia.1 Duke Georg Wilhelm (of Brunswick Celle) died in 1705.1 He died on 28 August 1705 in Kloster Wienhausen, Hannover, Prussia.1
He became the father of Sophia Dorothea Brunswick on 10 September 1666.1
