King David II (of Scotland) was born on 5 March 1323/24 in Dunfermline, Fifeshire, Scotland.2 He was the son of King Robert I (The Bruce) (of Scotland) and Elizabeth De Burgh.1 King David II (of Scotland) married Princess Joan (of England), daughter of King Edward II (of England) and Princess Isabelle (of France), on 17 July 1328 in Berwick Upon Tweed, Northumberland, England.2,1 King David II (of Scotland) married second Margaret (?), daughter of Sir Malcolm Drummond.1 King David II (of Scotland) and Margaret (?) were divorced in 1370.1 King David II (of Scotland) died on 22 February 1370/71 in Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, at age 46.2 He was buried in Holyrood, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.2
