Father*Noah (Gen 5-9)1 b. 1056 AC / 3189 BCE, d. 2006 AC / 2239 BCE
RelationshipDistant relative of Robert Michael Damon

Shem (Gen 5-11) was born 1559 AC / 2686 BCE Two years after the flood when Shem was 100 years old. Flood was when Noah was 600, so Shem was born when Noah was 502.2 He was the son of Noah (Gen 5-9).1 Shem (Gen 5-11) married (?) (Shem's Wife) (Gen 7). Shem (Gen 5-11) died 2159 AC / 2086 BCE @ 600.3
The Flood
Noah (Gen 5-9) with Ham (Gen 5-10), Japheth (Gen 5-10) and Shem (Gen 5-11) survived the great flood of 1656 AC / 2589 BC in the ark he built Shem (Gen 5-11) rode out the great flood of 1656 AC / 2589 BC with Noah (Gen 5-9).4 Shem (Gen 5-11) became the father of Arpahaxad (Gen 10-11) 1659 AC / 2586 BCE ; Shem @ 100.5
Research note on Noah (Gen 5-9) and his sons Japheth (Gen 5-10), Shem (Gen 5-11) and Ham (Gen 5-10):
Genesis 5:32 tells us that After Noah was 500 years old, he became the father of Shen, Ham, and Japheth.
This sentence structure does not imply all were born together, but specifies when the first was born, and the rest were after. Often the order listed is the implied birth order, but not always, somes it shows importance

Genesis 7:11 Says the flood occured when Noah was 600 years old
Genesis 11:10 Says two years after the flood, when Shem was 100 years old
This implies that Shem was born when Noah was 502, which is later than when Noah was described as starting to have his sons, so possibly not the first (unless ages are only approximate), but listed first as more important to the Hebrews

Genesis 9:24 Says that Ham was the youngest
Thus I presume the birth order is Japheth, Shem, Ham, though it could be Shem, Japheth, Ham if the age of when Noah had his sons was only to be taken as approximate (as possibly signalled by the 'after.')
