     Count Godfrey (of Dagsburg and Namur) was born circa 1067.1 He married second Ermesinde (of Luxemburg), daughter of Count Conrad I (of Luxemburg) and Clemence (of Poitou), circa 1101.1 Count Godfrey (of Dagsburg and Namur) died on 19 August 1139.1 He was buried at Florette.1
     He became the father of Alice de Namur circa 1115.1 Godfrey's daughter was married at wedding of Alice de Namur and Count Baldwin IV (of Hainault) in 1130.1
