     Queen Gerberge (of France), daughter of King Henry I (the Fowler) (of Germany) and Countess Matilda (of Ringelheim), was born in 913 or 914 in Nordhausen, Saxony, Prussia.1 Queen Gerberge (of France) was the daughter of King Henry I (the Fowler) (of Germany) and Countess Matilda (of Ringelheim).1 Queen Gerberge (of France) married second King Louis IV 'Transmarinus' (of France), son of King Charles III 'The Simple' (of France) and Edgiva (?), on 25 April 954.1 Queen Gerberge (of France) married Giselbert (of Lorraine) in 929.2,3 Queen Gerberge (of France) died on 5 May 984 in Reims, Champagne.1 She was buried in Reims, Champagne.1
