Melisende de Rethel was the daughter of King Baldwin II (?)1 Melisende de Rethel married King Fulk V "le Jeune" (the younger), son of Count Fulk IV "Rechin" and Bertrade de Montfort, on 2 June 1129.1 Melisende de Rethel died on 11 September 1161.1
She became a widow with the death of her husband, King Fulk V "le Jeune" (the younger) on 10 November 1143 in Acre.1
