Martha Dandridge

Martha Dandridge was born on 21 June 1731 in New Kent County, Virginia.² She married second President George Washington, son of Captain Augustine Washington and Mary Ball, on 6 January 1759 at Martha's Home, Kent County, Virginia.¹ Martha Dandridge married Daniel Parke Custis.² Martha Dandridge died on 22 May 1802 at Mount Vernon, Virginia, at age 70.¹
She became the mother of Daniel Parke Custis in 1750/51.² Martha Dandridge became the mother of Frances Parke Custis in 1753.² Martha's son Daniel Parke Custis died in 1754.² Martha Dandridge became the mother of John Custis in 1754.² Martha Dandridge became the mother of Martha Patsy Custis in 1755.² Martha's daughter Frances Parke Custis died in 1757.² Martha's daughter Martha Patsy Custis died in 1773.² Martha's son John Custis died in 1781.² Martha Dandridge became a widow with the death of her husband, President George Washington on 14 December 1799 at Mount Vernon, Virginia, at age 67.¹
