Eleanor Plantagenet was born ABT 1311/1322 in Grismond Castle, Monmouthshire, England.³ She was the daughter of Henry Plantagenet and Maud Chaworth.¹ Eleanor Plantagenet married Earl Richard FitzAlan, son of Edmund FitzAlan and Alice de Warrenne.¹ Eleanor Plantagenet married Earl Richard FitzAlan, son of Edmund FitzAlan and Alice de Warrenne, on 5 February 1344/45 in Ditton, England.³ Eleanor Plantagenet died in 1372.² She died on 11 January 1372 in Arundel, Sussex, England.³ She was buried in Lewes, Sussex, England.³
