Richard Bulgar was born about 1610.2 He married Lettice Underhill, daughter of John Underhill and Honor Pawley, before 1634.2 Richard Bulgar died after 25 March 1684.2
He was a bricklayer.2 He became a widower when his wife, Lettice Underhill died raped by an indian about 21 March 1672/73 in Portsmouth.2
