Elizabeth Cooke was baptized on 26 December 1611 in Leyden, Holland.1 She was the daughter of Pilgrim Francis Cooke and Hester Mahieu.1 Elizabeth Cooke died before 22 May 1627 Not named in the Division of Cattle.1
She immigraterd with Hester Mahieu in August 1623 on the Ship 'Anne'.1
