Faith Miller was born in 1644 in Marshfield, Plymouth County, New Plymouth Colony.1 She was the daughter of Rev. John Miller and Lydia Combs. Faith Miller married Captain Nathaniel Winslow, son of Kenelm Winslow and Ellen Newton, on 3 August 1664 in Marshfield, (now Plymouth County), New Plymouth Colony.2,3 Faith Miller died on 9 November 1729 in Marshfield, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.4 She was buried at Winslow Burial Ground, Massachusetts.5
She became the mother of Gilbert Winslow on 11 July 1673.6,2 Faith Miller became a widow with the death of her husband, Captain Nathaniel Winslow on 1 December 1719 in Marshfield, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.7
