Georg Soren Kirkegaard was born on 3 July 1863 in Roskilde Amt, Denmark.2,4 He was the son of Jens Carl Kirkegaard and Boolette Westergaard.4 Georg Soren Kirkegaard married Anna Ornwig, daughter of (?) Oernvig, about 1888.2 Georg Soren Kirkegaard died before 1930.
He was an Inventor (Mechanical.)1 He emmigrated in 1884 from in Roskilde Amt, Denmark.2 He emmigrated on 12 May 1886 from in Copenhagen, Denmark, on the Ship 'Hekla' II.5 Georg Soren Kirkegaard immigrated on 12 May 1886 to in New York City, New York, on the Ship 'Hekla' II.5 Georg Soren Kirkegaard emmigrated on 15 October 1888 from in Roskilde Amt, Denmark; This is probably the trip where he went back and got Anna. The ship is listed as "Indirect" so he may have gone via Sweden.1,6 He immigrated on 15 October 1888.6 He became the father of (Male) Kirkegaard on 20 August 1891; 1900 Census shows that Georg and Anna Kirkegaard had 4 children but only 3 alive. New York City Birth Index list one Kirkegaard birth, an unnamed boy on 20 Aug 1891. I am making an assumption that this is their child. At some point need to get a copy of the certificate to verify.2,7 Georg Soren Kirkegaard became the father of Sigred Kirkegaard in May 1892.2 Georg Soren Kirkegaard became the father of Helga Amelia Kirkegaard on 18 September 1893.2,8 Georg Soren Kirkegaard became the father of Georg Carl Kirkegaard Jr on 6 April 1895.2,9 Georg Soren Kirkegaard was naturalized in 1898.1 As of before 1900, Georg Soren Kirkegaard and Anna Ornwig lived at 200 President St, Brooklyn, New York City, New York, with Sigred Kirkegaard, Helga Amelia Kirkegaard and Georg Carl Kirkegaard Jr.2 Georg Soren Kirkegaard became the father of Mildred Geogianna Dagma Sophia Kirkegaard on 23 March 1904.10,3 Georg Soren Kirkegaard and Anna Ornwig emmigrated on 4 October 1905 from in Copenhagen, Denmark, on the Ship 'Hellig Olav' (Holy Olav); This may be a later trip to Denmark.11 Georg Soren Kirkegaard and Anna Ornwig immigrated on 4 October 1905 to in New York City, New York, on the Ship 'Hellig Olav' (Holy Olav).11 Georg Soren Kirkegaard immigraterd with Marie Oernvig on 19 December 1911 to at Ellis Island, New York City, New York, on the Ship 'Hellig Olav' (Holy Olav).12 As of before 1920, Georg Soren Kirkegaard and Anna Ornwig lived at 123 Lenox, Brooklyn, Kings County, New York, with Mildred Geogianna Dagma Sophia Kirkegaard, Helga Amelia Kirkegaard and Georg Carl Kirkegaard Jr.1
