Princess Johanne Elisabeth (of Baden) was born on 16 November 1651 of Karlsburg Bei Durlach, Karlsruhe, Baden.1 She was the daughter of Margrave Friedrich VI (of Baden-Durlach) and Countess Christine Magdalene (of Zweibrücken-Kleeburg).1 Princess Johanne Elisabeth (of Baden) married Margrave Johann Friedrich (of Brandenburg-Ansbach), son of Margrave Albrecht (of Brandenburg-Ansbach) and Countess Sofie Margarethe (of Öttingen), on 26 January 1673 in Durlach, Karlsruhe, Baden.1 Princess Johanne Elisabeth (of Baden) died on 8 October 1680 in Ansbach, Mittelfranken, Bavaria, at age 28.1 She was buried on 20 October 1680 in Mittelfranken, Bavaria.1
