King Ferdinando II (of the Two Sicilies) was born on 12 January 1810 in Palermo, Palermo, Italy.1 He was the son of King Francesco I (of the Two Sicilies) and Princess Isabel (of Spain).1 King Ferdinando II (of the Two Sicilies) married Maria Theresa (of Teschen), daughter of Archduke Karl Ludwig Johann Joseph L. (of Austria) and Princess Henriette Alexandrina Frederika (of Nassau-Weilburg), on 27 January 1837 in Napoli, Napoli, Italy.1 King Ferdinando II (of the Two Sicilies) married Maria Cristina Sardinia, daughter of King Vittorio Emanuele I (of Sardinia) and Archduchess Maria Theresa (of Austria-Este).2 King Ferdinando II (of the Two Sicilies) died on 22 May 1859 in Caserta, Caserta, Italy, at age 49.1
