Duke Albrecht I (of Bavaria) was born on 25 July 1336 in Oberbayern, Bavaria
.1 He was the son of Emperor Ludwig IV (of the Holy Roman Empire) and Countess Margaretha (of Holland).1 Duke Albrecht I (of Bavaria) married Princess Malgorzata (of Brieg), daughter of Prince Ludwik I (of Brieg Luben) and Princess Agnieszka (of Glogau Sagan), on 28 July 1353 in Niederbayern, Bavaria.1 Duke Albrecht I (of Bavaria) died on 13 December 1404 in 's-Gravenhage, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands, at age 68.1 He was buried in 's-Gravenhage, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands.1
