Prince Viktor II Karl Friedrich (of Anhalt) was born on 2 November 1767 in Schaumburg An Der Lahn, Hessen-Nassau, Prussia.1 He was the son of Prince Karl (of Anhalt-Bernburg-Schaumburg-Hoym) and Princess Eleonore (of Solms-Braunfels).1 Prince Viktor II Karl Friedrich (of Anhalt) married Princess Amalie Charlotte Wilhelmine (of Nassau), daughter of Prince Karl Christian (of Nassau-Weilburg) and Princess Wilhelmine Karoline (of Nassau-Weilburg), on 29 October 1793 in Weilburg, Hesse-Nassau, Prussia.1 Prince Viktor II Karl Friedrich (of Anhalt) died on 22 April 1812 in Schaumburg An Der Lahn, Hessen-Nassau, Prussia, at age 44.1
He became the father of Archduchess Hermine (of Austria) on 2 December 1797.1 Prince Viktor II Karl Friedrich (of Anhalt) became the father of Princess Adelheid (of Anhalt-Bernburg-Schaumburg-Hoym) on 23 February 1800.1 Prince Viktor II Karl Friedrich (of Anhalt) became the father of Princess Emma (of Waldeck And Pyrmont) on 20 May 1802.1 Prince Viktor II Karl Friedrich (of Anhalt) became the father of Princess Ida (of Anhalt-Bernburg-Schaumburg-Hoym) on 10 March 1804.1 Viktor II Karl Friedrich's father Prince Karl (of Anhalt-Bernburg-Schaumburg-Hoym) died on 20 August 1806 in Schaumburg An Der Lahn, Hessen-Nassau, Prussia.1 Viktor II Karl Friedrich's mother Princess Eleonore (of Solms-Braunfels) died on 19 April 1811 in Schaumburg An Der Lahn, Hessen-Nassau, Prussia.1
