Hi. Marion Wilson was a girl, not a boy. She was Woodrow Wilson’s oldest sister.

Marion Williamson Wilson. (October 20, 1851-August 14, 1890)
Wilson’s sister, the oldest of the Wilson children. Born in Chartier’s Manse, Pennsylvania. In 1872 she married the Reverend Anderson Ross Kennedy. She died in Batesville, Arkansas only three months after her husband. Unfortunately, very little is known about her life.
Best wishes,
Mark Benbow
