     Clarkson Taber was born on 10 October 1822 in Albion, Maine.1 He was the son of Daniel Taber and Rebecca Nicholls.1 Clarkson Taber married Deborah Smith, daughter of Samuel Smith and Mary Willis, on 17 April 1851 in Westbury, New York.1 Clarkson Taber died on 15 April 1878 in Sterling, Kansas, at age 55 survived by Deborah Smith.1
