Samuel Hatch was born on 22 December 1653 in Scituate, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.1 He was the son of Walter Hatch and Elizabth Holbrook. Samuel Hatch married Mary Doty, daughter of Pilgrim Edward Doty and Faith Clarke, after 10 July 1677.1 Samuel Hatch died on 13 June 1728 at age 74.1 His estate was probated on 7 July 1735.1
He became the father of Samuel Hatch on 10 November 1678. Samuel Hatch became the father of Josiah Hatch on 30 May 1680. Samuel Hatch became the father of Hannah Hatch on 15 February 1681/82. Samuel Hatch became the father of Ebenezer Hatch on 6 April 1684. Samuel Hatch became the father of Isaac Hatch on 20 December 1687. Samuel Hatch became the father of Elizabeth Hatch on 16 June 1690. Samuel Hatch became the father of Elisha Hatch on 7 November 1692. Samuel Hatch became the father of Ezekiel Hatch on 14 May 1695. Samuel Hatch became the father of Desire Hatch on 25 September 1698. Samuel Hatch left a will on 13 June 1728.1
