Samuel Adams was the son of Joseph Adams and Hannah Bass.2 Samuel Adams was born on 28 January 1693/94 in Braintree, Norfolk County, Massachusetts.1 He was baptized on 4 February 1693/94.1 He married Sarah Paine, daughter of Deacon Moses Paine and Mary Pierce, on 6 October 1720 in Braintree, Norfolk County, Massachusetts.1 Samuel Adams died on 17 July 1751.1
