     Mehitable Tripp, daughter of Joseph Tripp and Mehitable Fish, was born on 9 October 1683 in Dartmouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.1 Mehitable Tripp was the daughter of Joseph Tripp and Mehitable Fish. Mehitable Tripp married Ephraim Sherman, son of John Sherman and Sarah Spooner, before 1708.1 Mehitable Tripp died on 10 January 1742/43 in Dartmouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, at age 59.1
     She became the mother of Susanna Sherman on 17 April 1708.1 Mehitable Tripp became the mother of Preserved Sherman on 23 January 1709/10.1 Mehitable Tripp became the mother of Edward Sherman on 28 April 1712.1 Mehitable Tripp became the mother of Patience Sherman on 4 August 1715.1 Mehitable's father Joseph Tripp died on 17 November 1718 in Dartmouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.1 Mehitable Tripp became the mother of Alice Sherman on 9 May 1720.1 Mehitable Tripp became the mother of Robert Sherman on 18 December 1722.1 Mehitable's daughter was married at wedding of Susanna Sherman and John Stephenson on 24 December 1728 in Dartmouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.1 Mehitable's son was married at wedding of Preserved Sherman and Keziah Sherman on 15 October 1732 in Dartmouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.1 Mehitable's daughter was married at wedding of Alice Sherman and Joseph Stafford on 27 April 1737.1 Mehitable's son was married at wedding of Robert Sherman and Alice Waite on 21 November 1741 in Westport, Dartmouth County, Massachusetts.1
