William Hillard was born about 1641 in Duxbury, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.¹ He was the son of William Hillard and Esther (?)¹ William Hillard was baptized on 25 February 1654/55 in Hingham, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.¹ He married Deborah Warren, daughter of John Warren and Deborah Wilson, on 12 June 1671 in Hingham, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.¹ William Hillard died on 24 January 1713/14 in Little Compton, Bristol County, Massachusetts, survived by Deborah Warren.¹ William Hillard was buried at Old Commons Cemetery, Little Compton, Newport County, Rhode Island.¹ His estate was probated on 1 February 1713 in Taunton, Bristol County, Massachusetts.
