Princess Anna Eleonore (of Hesse-Darmstadt)

Princess Anna Eleonore (of Hesse-Darmstadt) was born on 30 July 1601 in Darmstadt, Starkenburg, Hesse-Darmstadt.¹ She was the daughter of Landgrave Ludwig V 'The Faithful' (of Hesse-Darmstadt) and Magdalene Margravine (of Brandenburg).¹ Princess Anna Eleonore (of Hesse-Darmstadt) was christened on 10 September 1601 in Darmstadt, Starkenburg, Hesse-Darmstadt.¹ She married George (of Brunswick), son of Duke Wilhelm (of Brunswick-Luneburg) and Princess Dorothea (of Denmark), on 14 December 1617 in Darmstadt, Starkenburg, Hesse-Darmstadt.¹ Princess Anna Eleonore (of Hesse-Darmstadt) died on 6 May 1659 at Schloss Herzberg, Hannover, Prussia, at age 57.¹ She was buried on 31 August 1959 in Stadtkirche, Celle, Hannover, Prussia.¹
