Phebe Wood

Phebe Wood was born on 20 July 1783 in Searing Town, Long Island, New York.² She was the daughter of Samuel Wood and Mary U. Searing.² Phebe Wood married Isaac Hatch, son of Isaac Hatch and Latitia (?), on 14 July 1819.² Phebe Wood died on 21 February 1864 at age 80.² She was buried at Prospect Park, New York City, New York.³
She met for worship at at New York Monthy Meeting.³ She met for worship at at Purchase Monthly Meeting.¹ She became the mother of Samuel Hatch on 20 June 1820.² Phebe's son Samuel Hatch died on 17 October 1821.² Phebe Wood became the mother of Isaac Sherwood Hatch on 28 January 1822.² Phebe Wood became the mother of Mary Wood Hatch on 10 August 1824.² Phebe Wood was disowned at New York Monthy Meeting (Hicksite) in 1829.³ She became a widow with the death of her husband, Isaac Hatch on 11 December 1841.² Phebe's father Samuel Wood died on 5 May 1844.^1,2 Phebe's daughter Mary Wood Hatch died on 10 May 1845.² Phebe's son was married at wedding of Isaac Sherwood Hatch and Mary Jane Merritt on 19 April 1849.² Phebe's mother Mary U. Searing died on 19 June 1855.¹
