     Walter Underhill was born on 12 March 1795 in New York City, New York.1,2 He was the son of Joshua Underhill and Mary Sutton.1 Walter Underhill married Mary Mitchell, daughter of David Mitchell and Eunice Gardner, in September 1825 in Nantucket, Nantucket County, Massachusetts.2 Walter Underhill died on 17 August 1866 in Whitestone, Long Island, New York, at age 71.2 His estate was probated on 24 October 1866.2
     
Walter Underhill has ID 1060 in Underhill Genealogy.2 Walter Underhill with Joshua Underhill were disowned at New York Monthy Meeting (Hicksite) in 1829.1 Walter Underhill administered the will of Joshua Sutton Underhill dated 7 March 1857 at No. 17 East 25th Street, New York City, New York.2 Walter Underhill left a will on 22 May 1860 administrated by Walter Mitchell Underhill with heirs Mrs. Mary Underhill, Mary Sutton Underhill, Lydia Greene Underhill and Anne Elizabeth Underhill.2
