      Cornell Willis was also known as Cornwell Willis.1 He became the father of Benjamin H. Willis between 1791 and 1807?4 Cornell's son was married at wedding of Benjamin H. Willis and Sarah A. Mott on 31 October 1822 in Cow Neck, Long Island, New York.1 Cornell Willis became a widower with the death of his wife, Elizabeth Hicks on 15 December 1845 at age 70.2
