     William Hillard was born circa 1641 in Duxbury, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.1 He was the son of William Hillard and Esther (?).1 William Hillard was baptized on 25 February 1654/55 in Hingham, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.1 He married Deborah Warren, daughter of John Warren and Deborah Wilson, on 12 June 1671 in Hingham, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.1 William Hillard died on 24 January 1713/14 in Little Compton, Bristol County, Massachusetts, survived by Deborah Warren.1 William Hillard was buried at Old Commons Cemetery, Little Compton, Newport County, Rhode Island.1 His estate was probated on 1 February 1713 in Taunton, Bristol County, Massachusetts.
     He was a cooper in Hingham, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.1 William Hillard and Deborah Warren lived at 'Liberty Plain', Hingham, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.1 As of between 8 March 1684/85 and 3 April 1687, William Hillard and Deborah Warren lived in Little Compton, Bristol County, Massachusetts.1 William Hillard left a will in December 1712 in Taunton, (now Bristol County), New Plymouth Colony, with heirs Mrs. Deborah Hillard.1 His gravestone reads Here lyeth the body of William Hillard who departed this life January ye 24th in the 72nd year of his age 1713-14.1
