     Pilgrim John Cooke was born circa 1606 in Leyden, Holland.1 He was the son of Pilgrim Francis Cooke and Hester Mahieu.1 Pilgrim John Cooke was baptized Jan 01, 1606/7-Mar 31, 1607 in Leyden, Holland.1 He married Sarah Warren, daughter of Pilgrim Richard Warren and Elizabeth Jouett, on 28 March 1634 in Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.2 Pilgrim John Cooke died on 23 November 1695 in Dartmouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.1
