King James I and VI
     King James VI & I Stuart VI of Scotland and I of England was born on 19 June 1566 at Edinburgh Castle, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.2 He was the son of Henry Stewart and Mary Stuart Queen of Scotts.1 King James VI & I Stuart VI of Scotland and I of England was christened on 17 December 1566 at Sterling Cathedral, Sterling, Midlothian, Scotland.2 He married Princess Anne (of Denmark), daughter of King Frederick II (of Denmark) and Princess Sofie (of Mecklenburg), on 23 November 1589 in Oslo, Norway.2,1 King James VI & I Stuart VI of Scotland and I of England died on 27 March 1625 in Theobalds Park, Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, England, at age 58.2,3 He was buried on 5 May 1625 at Westminster Abbey, Westminster, Middlesex, England.2
     King James VI & I Stuart VI of Scotland and I of England was also known as King James VI (of Scotland). King James VI & I Stuart VI of Scotland and I of England was also known as King James I (of England).2 He became King of Scotland in 1567 replacing Mary Stuart Queen of Scotts.4 King James VI & I Stuart VI of Scotland and I of England was titled King of Scotland (James VI) from 1567 to 1625.1 He became King of England in 1603 replacing Queen Elizabeth I Tudor.1 King James VI & I Stuart VI of Scotland and I of England was replaced as King of England by King Charles I Stuart of England in 1625.1
