     Earl Richard Plantagenet was born circa September 1376 in Conisbrough Castle, Yorkshire, England.2 He was the son of Duke Edmund (?) and Princess Isabel (of Castile And Léon).1 Earl Richard Plantagenet married Anne Mortimer, daughter of Earl Roger Mortimer and Eleanor Holland, circa June 1408.2,1 Earl Richard Plantagenet died on 5 August 1415 in Southampton Green, Southampton, Hampshire, England.2 He was buried at Chapel Of God's House, Southampton, Hampshire, England.2
     Earl Richard Plantagenet was titled Earl of Cambridge.1
