     Anna Collins was born on 3 November 1835 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.1 She was the daughter of Issac Collins and Rebecca (?).1,2 Anna Collins married John Russell Taber, son of William Congdon Taber and Hannah Tucker Shearman, on 26 September 1871 at the home of Mrs Rebecca (?) Collins in New York City, New York.1,2 Anna Collins died on 25 May 1924 at age 88.2
