Captain Jonathan Alden was born circa 1633 in Plymouth, (now Plymouth County), New Plymouth Colony.3 He was the son of Hon. John Alden and Pilgrim Priscilla Mullins.2 Captain Jonathan Alden married Abigail Hallett, daughter of Andrew Hallett of Barnstable and Ann Bessee, on 10 December 1672 in Duxbury, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.1 Captain Jonathan Alden died on 14 February 1696/97 in Duxbury, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.1 He was buried on 17 February 1696/97 in South Duxbury, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.4
