     Jacob Cooke was born circa 1618 in Leyden, Holland.1 He was christened in 1618 in Leiden, Zuid, Netherlands.2 He was the son of Pilgrim Francis Cooke and Hester Mahieu.1 Jacob Cooke married Damaris Hopkins, daughter of Pilgrim Stephen Hopkins and Pilgrim Elizabeth Fisher, after 10 June 1646 in Plymouth, (now Plymouth County), New Plymouth Colony.1 Jacob Cooke married second Elizabeth Lettice, daughter of Thomas Lettice and Anna (?), on 18 November 1668.3 A contract for the marriage of Jacob Cooke and Damaris Hopkins was signed on 10 June 1646 in Plymouth, (now Plymouth County), New Plymouth Colony.3 Jacob Cooke died on 11 December 1675 in Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.1
