     Sir Thomas Windebank married Frances Dymoke, daughter of Sir Edward Dymoke and Lady Anne de Talboys, on 20 August 1566 in Scrivelsby, Lincolnshire, England.2 Sir Thomas Windebank died on 24 October 1607 in Scrivelsby, Lincolnshire, England.2 He was buried on 25 November 1607 at St. Martin, Westminster, London, England.2
     He was of Haines Hill, Hurst, Berkshire & Westminster. Clerk of the Signet & Deputy Clerk of the Privy Council.2 He became the father of Mildred Windebank in 1584.1 Thomas's daughter was married at wedding of Mildred Windebank and Robert Reade on 31 July 1600 at St. Martin, Westminster, London, England.1,2 Sir Thomas Windebank was knighted on 23 July 1603.1
