     Margaret Georgiana Poyntz was born on 27 April 1737 at Midgham House, Berkshire, England.1 She was the daughter of Stephen Poyntz and Anna Maria Mordaunt.1 Margaret Georgiana Poyntz married Earl John Spencer, son of Honorable John Spencer of Althorp and Lady Georgiana Caroline Carteret, on 20 December 1755 in Althorpe, Northamptonshire, England.1 Margaret Georgiana Poyntz died on 18 March 1814 in St Alban's, Hertfordshire, England, at age 76.1 She was buried on 30 March 1814 in Brington, Northamptonshire, England.1
